Every other Sunday, composer and multi-instrumentalist Guy Jones invites a special guest for an evening of ambient, jazz-infused meditative glory, playing everything from jazz standards to arrangements of Nick Drake and Joni Mitchell to free improvisations. The perfect way to close out the weekend.

Guy Jones is an Australian-born, Brighton-based composer, arranger and multi-instrumentalist. A versatile player and composer, Guy plays with a host of touring UK bands including Maximilian, whose latest EP features his string arrangements. He also plays keys and flute with psychedelic guitar-twangers Hutch, flute with yacht rockers Soft Top, and flute and clarinet with 70s funk-infused The Beyene Affair, and many more.

In recent years Guy has composed the full score for David Shrigley's documentary Pulped Fiction, and worked as live music director and performer for the first five Flux events, an immersive deep-listening experience built around live improvised piano pieces with orchestral and synthetic textures…
